We assess the real situation of the school on the ground, in terms of the foreign language level of teachers and pupils, as well as the methodologies used by each teacher, the harmonisation and effectiveness of the curricula, etc. Based on this evaluation, a project schedule is proposed to the school so that they are able to achieve the goals they want to attain within the following years and effectively monitor the results with an indicator panel.
Selection of Foreign Language Teachers
We search and select native and/or Spanish teachers according to the profile outlined by the educational center, assessing their suitability for its Education Project and values. Meddeas contributes with resources and international experience in order to search and select the best candidates.
